《Our Singapore》由李迪文填词谱曲，林俊杰演唱，为新加坡50周年国庆主题曲。

2015年8月9日，金曲歌王林俊杰与资深音乐人李迪文在新加坡50周年国庆庆典上，以不同的方式演唱国庆主题曲《Our Singapore》，而继李迪文演绎版本的MV5月推出后，由林俊杰演唱的另一版本MV也于7月在网上首度曝光。值得一提的是，林俊杰曾在2004年新加坡国庆庆典上与陈洁仪合唱脍炙人口的《Home》，所以这次也是他时隔11年再度献唱国庆主题曲。

在MV中，林俊杰以横条纹上衣、短裤等休闲装扮入镜，部分镜头为手机自拍；其他时候，他率领一群年轻人边走边唱，洋溢着活力的气息。而被摄入MV中的，包括来自不同阶层的新加坡人，当地地标如鱼尾狮、金沙、金融区、机场、东海岸、横跨加冷盆地、芽笼河的新加坡第一座吊桥等。

林俊杰版本的《Our Singapore》节奏轻快，充满朝气活力，旋律奋发激昂，连带MV的呈献方式亦如此。MV在网上流传后，点击收看的网友大多非新加坡人，有的看过视频才恍然“原来林俊杰是新加坡人”，也有不少网友赞他是“新加坡国宝”、“新加坡的骄傲”。
